I had given $4,000.00 to a Company who had promised to get me a loan modification on my home mortgage. That company had told me to stop making my mortgage payments. The Bankruptcy Guy got my money back from the Loan Modification Company, Saved my house, and got my mortgage modified through the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee.
